Zen and the art of monitoring & evaluation
By Paul Crawford on
Friday, February 24, 2006
Well...this is the first of what may become a long list of rambling thoughts about monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of international aid. I'm a consultant that works with a range of NGO, corporate and bilateral organisations to improve M&E. I travel to many parts of the world for much of the year. My aim is to blog issues, ideas, challenges and solutions that I encounter in my travels.
